Turk Telekom: Turkey’s leading telecommunications company presented details of its TEYSIS Project, a large-scale ARCHIBUS implementation to centrally manage the organization’s extensive property and physical asset holdings, aided by a multi-national collaborative effort of U.S. and European ARCHIBUS Business Partners.

Thomson Reuters: Having completed a global rollout of ARCHIBUS Web Central Space and Move Management, the financial information giant described how their enterprise-wide ARCHIBUS technology initiative supports their objectives to significantly improve workplace services and consolidate space with an innovative alternative work program.

University of Texas Medical Branch (UTMB): With its Galveston facilities facing the Gulf of Mexico, hurricanes and flooding prompted UTMB to develop sustainability practices with ARCHIBUS emergency preparedness.

Eni Servizi: As the service arm of Italian energy giant Eni, EniServizi has implemented their Site (Contract) Compliance Project with ARCHIBUS to monitor all contract-related asset information, documents, and certifications via a real-time compliance dashboard. The Site Compliance Model also manages assets using mobile technology and NFC tags, monitors energy, and much more.

City of Kansas City: The City of Kansas City’s Facility Services division used their ARCHIBUS reporting capabilities to create a new business plan that supports the mission of the organization using Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure, monitor, and verify the division’s performance and effectiveness, and improve decision-making.

Among this year’s Application Excellence Award winners is a Senior Manager at online retailer and auction site eBay Inc. who is credited with taking their deployment to the next level by integrating ARCHIBUS with Microsoft Exchange to bring conference room management, end to end, into the control of the Space Planning team.
