San Francisco and Madrid (March 10, 2010) — Bricsnet, a leading provider of solutions for project and integrated workplace management, announced that ProjectCenter, the company’s online project collaboration solution, is actively assisting several organizations involved in the National Highways Development Project Plan (NHDP) in India through its main partner Isolux Group.
With the second largest road network in the world, India is undergoing a major project consisting of widening of the existing four-lane to six-lane roads, construction of service roads, provision of crossover facilities, overpasses, bridges, and other infrastructure necessary to promote the continuous flow of traffic and improve safety. Approached in seven phases, the project is undertaken by the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) whose mandate is to build a more efficient and safer highway network.
The project portfolio managed by Isolux Group comprises important roads included in the Golden Quadrilateral as well as in the north-south corridor.
