Planon Software Appoints Jim Wilton to Vice President Solution Management
BRAINTREE, MASSACHUSETTS, December 14, 2009 –- The Planon Group, a global provider of enterprise real estate and facilities management software, announced today the appointment of Jim Wilton as Vice President, Solutions. At Planon, Wilton will play a key role in developing the company’s product vision and bringing new solutions to market. By adding Wilton to the management team, Planon is further bolstering its leadership position in the real estate and facility management software market.

Wilton brings more than 15 years of proven real estate, facility software and technology management experience and will direct the Company’s solution teams to deliver best-in-class solutions to market. In his new role, Wilton and his team will leverage his industry expertise and translate customer and partner challenges into product requirements that advance Planon solutions.

Prior to Planon, Jim has held a number of executive management positions in the IWMS market including Director of Product Strategy and Marketing for Accruent and Vice President, Product Management and Marketing for Tririga. Wilton holds a B.S. from Minnesota State University, an M.B.A. from Pepperdine University and is pursuing his PhD from the International School of Management in Paris.
