Accruent Announces Completion of FAMIS Integration

Indian Wells, Calif., March 31, 2009 – Accruent, Inc., the leading provider of real estate and facilities management solutions, reached an important milestone today with the completion of the process to integrate FAMIS Software, Inc., which it acquired in February 2008. The combined operations will now operate under the Accruent company name and will continue to develop, market and support products bearing both the Accruent and FAMIS brand names.

Announcing the news to hundreds of customers representing organizations as diverse as top retailers, major universities, government bodies, and corporations at the company’s annual Insights user conference here today, Mark Friedman, CEO of Accruent, said, “What unites our customers is the strategic value of their real estate and facilities.
