Accruent Suite Achieves “Powered by SAP NetWeaver®” Status

Santa Monica, Ca., July 28, 2008 — Accruent, Inc., a leading provider of real estate performance management (RPM) solutions, today announced its Accruent RPM 7.1.1 product suite has achieved “Powered by SAP NetWeaver®” status through the successful integration with the SAP NetWeaver Exchange Infrastructure (SAP NetWeaver XI) Release 3.0 component. Customers running Accruent solutions along with SAP® solutions will now be able to connect their business applications faster and with lower cost of ownership. Accruent has also joined the SAP PartnerEdge™ program as an SAP software solution partner.

The SAP Integration and Certification Center has certified that Accruent RPM 7.1.1 properly integrates with the SAP NetWeaver 3.0 component of the SAP NetWeaver platform to exchange critical data with instances of the SAP Business Suite family of applications. In addition to achieving Powered by SAP NetWeaver status, Accruent has also achieved “SAP Solution Manager Ready” status. Solutions that qualify as SAP Solution Manager ready are made visible to the customer’s SAP system landscape directory, displayed within SAP Solution Manager at the customer site.
